Ethical conduct is a central part of KBN’s sustainability work. Our organisation seeks to be characterised as trustworthy, and we are committed to continuing to build on our high ethical standards.
All employees and managers at KBN are required to act in accordance with KBN’s Code of Conduct. Sessions on ethical conduct and dilemma training are provided for employees annually.

Diversity and equality
KBN works in a targeted and systematic way on ensuring diversity and equality within its own organisation and follows up on its targets for the area with specific measures in its activity plans. KBN’s objective is to achieve a gender balance at all levels and in all units. In order to maintain KBN’s gender balance and to strengthen its focus on diversity, the Board of Directors approved special guidelines for KBN’s work on diversity and equality with effect from 2016.
