Whistleblowing
If you wish to report unacceptable circumstances in KBN (for example breaches of external and internal rules, norms, etc.), you can send an email to Compliance, which is KBN’s primary whistleblowing receiver (compliance@kbn.com), or alternatively use KBN’s external encrypted whistleblowing channel and receiver operated by PwC (https://trustcom.pwc.no/kommunalbanken). All reports will be treated confidentially, and the whistleblower’s personal data, where relevant, will only be retained to the extent necessary to process the report.
It is possible to report anonymously:
- Compliance will ensure anonymity even when the sender is known
- PwC has established a solution that ensures anonymity in its whistleblowing channel
